We are a group of University of Rochester students dedicated to serving the UR community quality food that is sustainable and nutritious. Working directly under the Director of Dining Services, Cam Schauf, the Team develops activities and programs which promote sustainable eating.
Our mission is to develop habits among the student body that will lead to healthier lifestyles post-graduation. We also aim to ensure that the University does not stray from its commitment to sustainability.

Current Team Members
Max Eber is a Sustainability Coordinator for Team Green and a member of the Class of 2017. He hopes to major in Economics (and possibly Math) and receive a minor in Philosophy. As of pretty recently, Max calls Brooklyn his home. He roots for the Brooklyn Nets. Other than watching basketball and football, Max spends his free time skiing and playing the alto sax. His favorite animal is the elephant; his spirit animal is the dolphin. One day, Max is going to rule the world, alleviate poverty, and combat income inequality.
Allison Laubach is a Sustainability Coordinator for Team Green and a member of the Class of 2018. She is from Milton, NY. Allison plans on receiving a major in Environmental Science and a minor in Biology. As a member of the team, she is looking forward to increasing the scope and awareness of sustainability initiatives on campus. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and playing on the club tennis team.
Sarah Sun is a Marketing Intern for Team Green and a member of the Class of 2018. Her academic interests are Business, Art, & Art History. She was an EcoRep her freshman year and currently lives on Greenspace, the University’s eco-friendly interest floor. Sarah is originally from Los Angeles, but currently resides in New York City. Her passions include, but are not limited to, rowing, pugs, sriracha, and gourmet burgers.
